Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of Hi Point Enterprise's online retail store and farm property (the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use our Services.
Online Retail Store

Pricing and Payment. All prices for products listed on our website are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping and Delivery. We ship our products to Canadian addresses only. Shipping costs are $15 or free if the order is $75 or more. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.

Returns and Refunds. We offer a 15 day return policy for all products purchased on our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hipointguestranch@gmail.com to initiate a return. The product must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition. We will issue a refund to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Order Cancellation. Once an order has been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation.
Farm Property

Liability Waiver. All guests participating in equine activities on our farm property must sign a liability waiver before participating in any activities on the property. By signing the liability waiver, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks and dangers associated with staying on a farm property and participating in farm activities. All guests participating in equine activities must hold Horse Council BC. Guests assume all risks and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hi Point Enterprises for any damages or injuries sustained on the property.

Use of Facilities. Guests may use the facilities on the farm property, such as the BnB, camping areas, and horse riding trails, at their own risk. Guests must follow all posted signs and instructions from staff while using the facilities.

Horse Riding. Guests who bring their own horses onto the farm property must provide proof of their horse's vaccination records and proof of liability insurance. Guests must also follow all posted signs and instructions from staff while riding their horses on the property.

Damage or Loss. Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the farm property or facilities as a result of their use. Guests will be held responsible and charged for any damages caused to the property or facilities.
General Provisions

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hi Point Enterprises, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hi Point Enterprises and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.
